Pioneers of Schiffli Embroidery in Pakistan since 1993, Image Fabrics is yet again one step ahead in fabrication process. The Vasantha Lawnkari SS19 Limited Edition collection promises a minimalistic feel bringing latest techniques and fine quality fabric to the high street with 3D embroidery, layered Guipeure lace fabric and timeless Chikankari.

To celebrate the success of their Vasantha Lawnkari SS19 collection, Image hosted a celebration event at their M.M. Alam Road outlet which was well attended by a large number of media personalities, fashion bloggers, magazine editors and journalists like Anoushay Ashraf, Aaamir Mazhar and Aamna Haider Isani; all of them wearing stunning pieces from the collection. The talented duo of Leo Twins performed at the event making it a fun filled evening. The event was organized and managed by Aden Rehan PR & Management Solutions.

Image welcomes the summer season by introducing to you Lawnkari Collection 2019. This unique collection relates to the quintessential Pakistani women. The inspiration for this year’s collection is to provide top quality fabric with silk and chiffon dupatta variations in attractive quality that a woman can own at any event. The soothing color palette was sought out in line with the brands core aesthetic and yet keeping the on-going trends and customer preference in mind. The Lawnkari collection has fine quality fabric with intricately crafted embroideries on solid colored outfits consisting of 3D embroidery, mesh floral layered lace fabric providing a breather from the usual prints. The luxurious silk and chiffon dupattas have exotic prints that exude pure elegance adding a timeless charm to the solid embroidered outfits. Image aims to bring a unique product to the Pakistani Lawn market giving the consumer an option to break away from endless print on print!

Speaking about the Vasantha Lawnkari Collection, the Creative Head, Uzma Ahmed said, “The collection was named Vasantha which means ‘Spring’ in Sinhalese; a local Sri Lankan language. Our collection has a pastel color palette with pop of color in the dupattas, and floral embroideries doing justice to its spring theme. We also have a few pieces in bright colors.”

Furthermore, Marium Ahmed of Image Fabrics described her collection as, “Disruption! Change!  Breather! Our fabric is unique, extremely beautiful and hassle free essentially providing the initial styling for the end consumer so that they have all the detailing already done for them bringing down their stitching costs. It is a different collection and does not comprise of usual prints. The only print we have provided are in the dupattas, keeping the outfit simple yet elegant and more importantly WEARABLE.
