Big news for gaming fans! Rockstar Games just spilled the beans on GTA 6, and it’s heading our way in 2025. The game is bringing back the good ol’ Vice City, nestled in a place called Leonida. The big reveal happened with the surprise drop of the first GTA 6 trailer, a day earlier than planned to avoid any spoilers. And guess what? The trailer blew up with over 100 million views in just one day!

Meet the Characters

GTA 6 introduces two main characters this time. There’s Lucia, the leading lady, who gets the spotlight in the trailer wearing a prison outfit – hinting she might have a shady past. The guy, still unnamed but probably called Jason courtesy of leaks, seems to be her partner in crime. The trailer strongly suggests they’re more than just friends, thanks to a shot of Lucia atop a shirtless ‘Jason’ while a voiceover claims ‘the only way we’re getting through this is sticking together”, after which both characters say “trust”.

The Cool Places

The trailer gives us a sneak peek into Leonida, spotty details from previous leaks presented Leonida as a potential name for the state GTA 6 is set in. Some road signs also highlight Kelly County, Catalan Boulevard, the VCI airport, Vice Beaches, Port VC/Keys, and what look like city districts by the name of Stockyard and Downtown. And check this out – they’ve revamped old favorites like Starfish Island and Ocean Beach from the 2002 Vice City game.

Explore and Have Fun

GTA 6 isn’t just about breaking the law. The trailer hints at loads of other stuff to do. From jumbo jets to quad bikes, it looks like there’s a ton of vehicles to try out. And when you’re not running from the cops, there are car meet-ups, DJ parties, pool hangouts, drag races, and even a Thrillbilly Mud Club, where you can chug beers and get all muddy. These are just glimpses in the trailer, so we’ll have to wait and see if we can do all these cool things in the game.

GTA 6 is shaping up to be not just a crime saga but a whole virtual world to explore. With interesting characters, a bigger Vice City, and a bunch of fun activities, it looks like Rockstar Games is giving us more than just another criminal adventure. Get ready to dive into the digital playground of Vice City and the state of Leonida!
